One fresh abalone or frozen green edge abalone (may be
substituted by fresh small abalone); „Z

pork or pig scapula bone 3 to 4 liang or 30 grams, „Z

winter mushrooms 6 to 8 pieces, „Z

jin-hua ham (Chinese ham) a small piece,
You may add: „Z

Cordyceps (Dongchongziacao) 4 qian or 12 grams, or „Z
-
poria (Fuling), semen euryales, rhizome dioscoreae, semen
nelumbinis), each in 4 qian or 12 grams, „Z
-
Radix astragali (Huangqi) 3 to 4 slices. „Z
-
ginger 2-3 pieces, „Z
-
Pericarpium citri reticulatae (Chenpi) a small piece.

Method of cooking:

One fresh abalone or several small fresh abalone, shelled.
Remove viscera and the viscous parts. Clean with water. If
frozen green edge abalone is used, clean it with water and
remove viscera. Put it in boiling water and use quick fire
to remove the refrigerator odor.

Add the other materials and put all materials into a stewing
pot. Add adequate boiled water. Stew it for 3 to 4 hours.
Add some salt when eating.
